About the job
I am searching for a caregiver for my mother who has early onset Alzheimer's. She is stage 6. She needs meals prepared for her and prompting to sit down and eat. She needs assistance changing clothes, brushing teeth, and bathing (only a few times a week). She spends most of her time watching TV and listening to music. She loves talking and socializing and is mostly always very pleasant. She needs a companion to keep her active, busy, safe, and occupied. We have 4 dogs and 3 indoor cats. My husband is a veterinarian, and I am a registered nurse. Caregiver must like animals, as they will have to interact with them. We have a large home and a beautiful backyard. We have cameras throughout our home to help ensure my mom's safety. Caregiver must be okay with camera surveillance. Days and times may vary, depending on our work schedules.
