Home Hospice Care

Seeking highly skilled caregiver for hands-on care. Applicant must be highly verbal with ability to interact with non-communicative person. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 yrs facility plus 4 yrs HANDS-ON (NOT COMPANION) private care. Pt. is 80 y/o female with late-stage AD. She is TOTAL ASSIST. 5'/109 lbs. Requires power chair in/out of home; Personal care includes bathing in shower chair, feeding, changing in bed & grooming/dressing. MUST be non-smoker, experienced with elec. Hoyer Lift & COVID 19 vaccinated (with booster). CPR certified pref. Light housekeeping and laundry required. Must have own transportation & references. Retired spouse assists caregiver. Relaxed & comfortable environment. Caregver is indep. contractor days/hrs: F 4p-9:00p; Su 7:30a-9:30p; M-4p-9:00. Additional hours available covering for vacations/time-off for co-workers.
