About who needs care: CHF Type one Diabetes COPD Diabetic Neropathy Parkinsons Bed bound Interested in sports and family feud Vitals breakfast meds physical therapy lunch two to four bed changes a day take vitals in evening dinner meds insulin at noon and midnight then go to sleep at midnight Strict rules about transfers If vitals are not in green wait for transfer. Including pulling up on bed. Always on oxygen give him lots of breaks and lay him down when he is ready to push him up on the bed due to sliding down . Needs lots of meal prep. About the care needs: Needs to be a CNA 10 to 20 years of experience in medical equipment and experience in senior Homes Easily understand directions. Comfortable with pets and know CPR. Have thier own transportation and need help wtih changing bedding A good working personality. Good communication with me and my wife Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
