Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Albuquerque

About who needs care: My grandmother has the start of Dementia and and will need help taking her medications, and cleaning up after toileting or will need help toileting. She will need transportation to and from dialysis Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. and for some Drs. appointments. She will need help with meals and occasionally with bathing. As of now, she will need to be taken to and picked up from Dialysis on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. About the care needs: Someone I can trust, someone who will be out every time and not have random people come out to the house every time, someone who loves their job, and someone that will help take care of my grandmother with almost everything she needs. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
