About who needs care: On Hospice at home, needs repositioning, brief change if bowel movement, feeding/encourage liquids, ADLs, transfers from bed to wheelchair or recliner. Non-ambulatory. Approx 125lbs. Able to make needs known. Family often around to assist as needed. Family will manage medications. Services needed include: meal preparation, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
