Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Wood Ridge

We need hands-on care to take care of my father in Wood Ridge. He has Alzheimer's and is in a hospital bed. Assistance with feeding and medication prompting is needed. One of your responsibilities will be diaper changes. My father has the potential to be defiant and refuse care. We need someone who is patient and willing to reason with him to get the basic needs done. I am looking for someone on an as needed basis - Schedule will change week to week based on my family's needs. You do not need to commit to every time we need. My family is looking for a few different people to have on call to allow for this.
