About who needs care: My mom is about to get out of the hospital. She has COPD, diabetes, and had a hip replacement 2 years ago. She can get around pretty well with a walker and is still able to drive locally, but will need help with errands, grocery shopping, picking up medication, light cleaning and drives to appointments when shes not feeling up to it. About the care needs: Someone who is kind and patient. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
