About the job
Hi, my name is Kate. I'm 26 and have a neuromuscular disease. As a result, I use a power wheelchair and require help with every day tasks. On the dates listed, one of my main caregivers will be away and I will need help with my night/bedtime routine. This involves helping me brush my teeth and get to the bathroom, as well as helping me get comfortable in bed for the night as I cannot do it myself, and setting up some minor medical equipment (it's as simple as a nose piece and pressing a button lol). I do have a Hoyer lift for transfers, but some lifting and moving me in bed will still be required. Also as a note, he won't be out but I do have a dog, so please be aware for any allergies.
