Hello! Looking for a hands-on care provider experience for my mother in her 60s. Tammy had a stroke in February and is having difficulty with her cognitive abilities. She also has kidney disease and goes to dialysis 3 times a week as well as rehabilitation for physical and cognitive therapy. Tammy is diabetic, her blood sugar is managed with a Dexacom (very simple tool to monitor) We are looking for part time help, totaling somewhere between 27-30 hours a week. We're looking for some help preparing meals, managing medications, completing light housework, and sometimes transporting her to appointments.
