Active Dementia Caregiving Needed In Tabernacle

This role supports a person living with moderate Alzheimer's Disease. Comfort with pets, non-smoking, reliable transportation, CPR/First Aid, and references required. Live-in potential. Seeking energetic caregiver expecting to actively work for the full duration of working time. Responsibilities include: -actively supervising toileting and prompting every 2h, plus directly delivering daily face shaving, tooth brushing, undressing, showering, dressing with direct supervision of transfers and stair climbing fall prevention -directly delivering cognitive stimulation, e. g. daily reminiscence, brain games, active conversation, music listening -directly delivering light meal prep, e. g. microwaving food, daily -actively supervising safe eating daily -directly delivering light exercise, e. g. actively supervising 1h walks or tai chi daily
