About who needs care: My mom is relatively healthy for being 92. She can feed, dress and bathe herself. She lives alone with her dog and spends most of her day watching TV. She has dementia which seems to be getting worse. Looking for more of a companion to talk with and go for walks in neighborhood. Thinking 4 hours a day from late morning to afternoon. About the care needs: Someone who is patient, kind and understanding of dementia. My mom used to be an avid reader, she loves to talk politics,(staunch republican) current events, style, decorating and is a great story teller. Services needed include: companionship.
