Hands-on Care Needed For My Husband In Verona

I'm looking for hands-on care for my husband in his 90s. Assistance with medication is needed as he is diabetic and a renal patient. Please be willing to do light housekeeping such as cleaning after his area. Some help needed with bathing and using the bathroom. Responsibilities include feeding, insulin and giving medicine. Seeking someone to handle serving his meals, handling his glucose and monitoring it closely. We're looking for someone to be flexible and eager to learn about his specific care. We'll need you to handle drive or ride along for doctor appointments or outings when appropriate. We ask that you handle your own transportation as needed. Preferences for a caregiver who is familiar with diabetes or renal patients as his meals are counted per carbs and is on a liquid restriction.
