About who needs care: Jim has Parkinson Disease. He is mobile, goes to boxing 3 times a week. He does not drive. He needs someone to check his BP and encourage drinking fluids. He also needs someone to make sure he is taking his meds. Light housework, doing wash would be appreciated. About the care needs: Jim is a quiet person, but does go to Speech Therapy on Thursdays. He needs to practice speaking slowly. Jim needs to be encouraged to walk. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
