About who needs care: My mom has end stage liver disease, kidney disease, heart failure, and diabetes. She loves watching cooking and home renovation shows. She likes strolls outside in the wheelchair and time with family. Her eyesight is poor so she can't cook anymore but loves home cooking as well. About the care needs: We would like a caregiver who has a sweet demeanor, loves to smile, and make my mom feel special. Only skills needed would be to be able to lift her up to walk to the bathroom or around the house. She walks with her walker but struggles to stand up from bed and toilet. Someone who enjoys cooking and watching those types of shows would be great. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
