About who needs care: mild dementia & parkinsons -he is mostly wheelchair bound but can walk with a walker a short distance with help once you get him standing -he is a retired Pastor -his day would consist of getting him up and washed feeding him -he may need some assistance with feeding because his hands shake, taking him to doctors appointments and physical therapy 2x a week -watching TV with him About the care needs: - no smoking, no cursing AT ALL - a happy person who can have conversation with him but not overly talkative as he likes to nap -someone who likes to watch sports , news and game shows and religious programming because that what Dad also likes - a male might be best because he weighs 195 and can be heavy to move Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
