Help Around The House And Some Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Township Of Washington

I'm looking for someone to assist my 75-year-old mother in the evenings from 6-10 p.m. Monday through Friday. She has mobility and breathing issues, but her cognition is mostly in-tact. She needs a companion who will generally help with the following: doing laundry, putting clothes away, doing dishes and putting them away, cooking/helping prepare dinner, helping her get ready/into bed at night, and running occasional errands. The person must have their own transportation. Gas/mileage reimbursement will be provided for any requests to drive to do errands or take my mother to an occasional doctor's appointment when needed. She also has a medium sized dog, so must be comfortable with dogs.
