Weekday Home Care Needed For My Grandmother In Toms River

We are looking for a warm, responsible, and experienced senior caregiver to assist our grandmother in her home. We are looking for someone kind, patient, and proactive, and a loving presence who will support her well-being and keep family informed. Responsibilities: Administering and setting up medications (including nebulizer if needed) Assisting with personal care, hygiene, and showers Ensuring she wears her hearing aids daily Preparing breakfast and lunch + easy-to-serve snacks Light housekeeping (bed-making, laundry, kitchen & fridge upkeep) Grocery/pharmacy runs & managing shopping lists Keeping her calendar updated & reminding her of appointments Monitoring BP and temperature if she's unwell Providing companionship and occasional outings (travel wheelchair available) Transporting to dental/specialist appointments as needed.
