About who needs care: Hi, my name is Lisa. I am taking care of my dad who had a stroke December 11, 2024. I live in Manchester and have my own house and family, and I would like to take a few days a week couple hours a day to go and do what I have to do at my house and see my dogs. My dads right side was affected. It's mostly his right hand that he has trouble with. My dad can go to the bathroom on his own with the walker. He is currently getting physical therapy and occupational therapy three days a week. My dad sits in the wheelchair and works on his exercises. It would be nice if somebody could help him along with it and encourage him. He has all the lessons he knows what to do.
