Seeking Senior Care Provider 4hrs Per Day In Teaneck

We are looking for a senior care provider with experience for my 71-year-old father. We are looking for someone to come 4 hrs/day, 6 days/wk. He is wheelchair dependent and will need help with transferring to and from his bed and toilet, bathing and dressing, cooking and meal preparation, medication prompting, light housekeeping, and providing companionship.
