Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Manchester Connecticut

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother in Manchester Connecticut. She has Alzheimer's and lives with my father who has late stage dementia and a live-in caregiver. We are looking for someone to be with her in the afternoon, get her out of the house and help with those sundown-ing hours.
