Looking For A Weekly Helper

I'm a respectful and kind 55-year-old male with health issues including Parkinsonism, lots of Neuropathy and Dystonia as primary issues. I have frequent falls and need a bit of help. I struggle to keep up with daily activities as my conditions are rather disabling. I'm looking for candidates who are kind, reliable, speak English well, and are patient with someone who might need extra time communicating. The tasks are simple and the pay is $25/hour. For the schedule I'm looking for two things: First, I'd like to find someone to assist me for 3-4 hours in a day either weekly or biweekly. I'll need help with things around the house, running errands, and a bit of personal care. Second, I'd like to find 1-2 people that are available to come as needed. This would be for more specific jobs like organization projects or transportation.
