The client is a fall risk, and we are looking for some assistance with toileting and monitoring mobility so that she doesn't fall. The client is in her 90's and lives alone. She is recovering from a hip fracture and waiting for it to heal up. Otherwise she is very lovely and just needs a nice companionship.
