About who needs care: Our need is for mobility and lift assistance in ADL. Ideally at morning from bed to bath and breakfast, and evening to dinner and bath and bed. Could be alternate days, or one caregiver in the AM and another in the PM. This is for early riser, early to bed 93yo male in average size and in otherwise good health; however without self-mobility, and spouse and family members medically unable to provide mobility assistance. Plan for 1-2 hours each visit. Thank you. About the care needs: Patient, respectful and with humor would be most appreciated. Caregiver must be trained in assisting non-able in standing, walking, sitting (i. e. not able to support and balances one own's weight). Ideally able to train household members in proper lift assistance. Interest in televised sporting events, open to multi-ethnic and multi-cultural people. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
