We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide daily in-home health care for my 81-year-old mother. The ideal candidate will assist with morning routines, provide transportation to appointments and errands, and ensure her comfort and safety throughout the day. **Responsibilities:** - Assist with morning routines, including dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. - Provide transportation to medical appointments, errands, and other activities as needed. - Assist with mobility and ensure a safe environment in the home. - Monitor and remind about medication schedules. - Engage in friendly conversation and companionship to enhance her well-being. - Perform light housekeeping duties related to her care (e. g., tidying up, laundry). - Communicate regularly with family members about her health and any concerns. **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in senior caregiving or similar roles is preferred. - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. - Ability to lift and assist with mobility as needed. - Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor. - Basic understanding of elderly care needs, including medication management. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. **Schedule:** The schedule is flexible but will require morning availability to help start the day and provide transportation when needed.
