About who needs care: - Early stages of Alzheimer's disease - Originally born and raised in India, but has lived here for 30+ years - Returns by shuttle every day around 2 p.m. from an adult day care center and wife returns from work around 4:15 p.m. - Interests include helping others, talking about his life, science, space, the environment, gardening, comedy, old Bollywood music, different cultures, etc. About the care needs: Someone who is easy going, patient, with a good sense of humor and ideally some shared interests as my dad: different cultures, gardening, science, space, the environment, comedy, old Bollywood music. Nice if they are also of Indian descent. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
