Companion Care Needed For My Father In Piscataway

Seeking a part-time companion care provider with Alzheimer's / Dementia experience for my father in his 70s. His diagnosis is mild, but he needs constant supervision and reminders. Someone who is patient and has experience working with people with cognitive impairments is essential. We are looking for someone to help make sure he takes his medication as required, to drive/accompany him on regular errands like grocery shopping, some medical appointments, refilling prescriptions, etc. The ideal companion has a way of implementing doctor's orders while still maintaining a compassionate and friendly tone. Some light tidying up is involved, like weekly vacuuming, laundry, and general housekeeping as needed. (We already have a cleaner who comes once a month). My dad loves to tell stories, make jokes, and listen/talk about music.
