Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Parsippany - Part Time/Flexible

I need a care provider for my mother in her 90s. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping (make bed, wash dishes), serve pre-made meals and prescription reminders. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, mature (40's/50's/60's), dependable, MUST live in Morris County, NJ (preferably Parsippany), Must be flexible -can come over a few times a day to serve meals, put to bed etc. Schedule each/day/ week may change. She currently has an aide through an agency, but we would like additional support during the time the aide is not there.
