About who needs care: Hoping to find someone who would like to work one full week on, next full week off. (Two full weeks a month) My cousin is partially paralyzed, in a wheelchair, transfers from bed to chair by electric Hoyer. She attends PT and OT out of the home 3 days a week, and is picked up by transportation. Personal care, Light housekeeping, breakfast lunch and dinner, doing her laundry... Preferably someone experienced with Sliding Board (transfer board) Any and all questions will be answered. About the care needs: Caring, easy going personality. Someone is not lazy! Specialized skills : someone familiar with patient care who has very limited mobility at this point. Someone familiar with Electric Hoyer transfers as well as Sliding Board (transfer board) Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
