Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Oxford

About who needs care: Has broken lumber bones 3 and 4. Currently, she is in rehab and based ln their evaluations, they believe that our mother will need assistance in the morning (showering and preparing breakfast) and in the evenings (assist in preparing for bed), and possibly will need someone to stay over at night.. It's unknown how long this type of assistance will be needed. About the care needs: Need to have a warm/friendly nature and keen on chatting, but also knows when one should not overdue it with the chatting (not too talkative). Need to also recognize that our mother is lucid and she does not appreciate anyone who feels the need to be "bossy". She has always lived independently, and would continue to do so, for the time being, if she did not have these fractures. She will be open to suggestions, but not to commands. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
