Companion Care Needed For My Father In Newton

About who needs care: My Dad is in his early 70s and was completely independent but had a stroke in September 2024. He has recovered well with rehab and can walk and talk but cannot use his left arm so needs help preparing meals, basic household tasks and using the TV and his phone. He also needs rides to medical appointments. The role is most likely 20 hrs/wk, somewhat flexible and can guarantee 3-4 hrs/day minimum (most likely midday but depending on appointments) and 4-5 days a week. About the care needs: No specific skills required. Someone upbeat with a sense of humor. My Dad is positive and loves to talk and watch movies. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, help with everyday living / basic household tasks and companionship.
