Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Neshanic Station

About who needs care: this would be for both my parents. Mom is 92 and in need of assistance, uses a walker however needs a hip replacement, due to bone on bone and has little short term memory. Dad is 101 and quite independent, uses a walker to get around and very hard of hearing so we write everything down for him. Dad sleeps in his recliner most of the day and watches TV with my mom. Dad was an avid golfer and likes to walk on the deck weather permitting. Mom reads or watches TV. About the care needs: Someone who is upbeat and friendly, good at conversation but not too chatty. Someone with a positive attitude and understanding. Not rattled by the same question every 5 minutes. Someone who likes to read and share their interests if my mom wants to talk. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance.
