Hands-on Care Needed For Parkinson's Patient In Montville

Seeking hands-on, empathic care near Montville for my father in his 80s who has Parkinson's Disease. Assistance with getting dressed, in and out of bed, bathroom use, and bathing are some of our needs. Mobility and balance and strength are problematic for him, though with care and exercise, we are hopeful for improvement. Some assistance with medication is needed. Daily exercise, both physical and speech (we have a list and references) is ideal. Preferences for a caregiver who is CPR / first-aid trained, and is strong and patient. My father is not aggressive at all, but responds best to a gentle (and firm) approach. He yearns to be as independent as possible, and often isn't aware of limitations. In our home are my father, my mother, and myself. I work from home.
