About who needs care: Mom needs help getting to overlook hospital for appointment with wound care. She needs someone who will help her get in the car from the house- she is on a walker- take her there and go to the appointment and listen and watch carefully, because mom has some hearing and vision issues. If this works, then Id like to have someone come more regularly and take mom to other appointments. Services needed include: transportation, and mobility assistance.
