About the job
About who needs care: Fall on February 20th of 2023, fall caused several bleeds. Patient had a shunt that was removed. Spent time in 2 facilities until august 25th of 2023. Is at home now, 1st floor residence. Confined to hospital bed, Geri chair or high back wheelchair. About the care needs: occasional Bathing in am, clothing changing Looking for 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. we can be a bit flexible with times. Patient eats with assistance. Hoyer lift, Geri Chair and high back wheelchair in residence as well for transfers and all necessary medical items on location. Ideally looking for care Monday to Sunday AM, hours but we can discuss evening hours as well. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
