Experienced Health Care Aide, Companion Needed For My Stepfather In Lincroft, NJ

Seeking a companion for my beloved 88-year-old stepfather whose at an assisted living in Lincroft, NJ. He's smart and has a good sense of humor, but has mobility, continence, and early-stage memory issues. He needs companionship, someone to help him with tasks, tidy up and organize his room, help and be his advocate in dealing with the assisted living staff, and occasionally assist with bathroom trips. He also needs help with digital devices, ordering supplies, and occasional errands and appointments. Looking for an upbeat, friendly individual who has experienced in dealing with these common senior issues. Our candidate should enjoy conversation, music, and getting things done. Candidates for this position need to have 5 years of experience in elder care, a car, and be comfortable with modern technology.
