About who needs care: My dad has Parkinsons with hallucinations. He also has some heart issues. He needs to use a walker whenever he is walking but tends to forget majority of the time and needs to be reminded. He takes his blood pressure 3 times a day followed by his medicine. If his blood pressure is over a certain level, a pill needs to get removed from that time of day. He likes football/baseball, he used to sing in a choir and likes to catch the Boston pops when they are on TV. His typical day is spending time reading emails/news on his laptop after breakfast. If someone is with him and the weather is nice he will go for a short walk and/or sit outside. The end of the day he will watch TV. About the care needs: My dad has trouble with some personal care items like getting his depends on over his feet and occasional trouble with getting dressed. He will also sometimes struggle with his blood pressure cuff. He can get along with just about anyone and looking for someone to be able to just talk. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
