About who needs care: Aziz is my father. My name is Ali. He is on dialysis and also has a feeding tube. Needs help with movement, dialysis is out of home. Mom cannot help. And I have to be in office 2 times a week. So need help with him. About the care needs: Male if possible. But someone who can clean, lift and help with food prep (pureed renal diet) and feeding Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
