About who needs care: My father has dementia. We need someone who is Spanish speaking. I work from home and this is an opportunity to support him and watch him when I'm not home and have to attend work, networking or social functions. He mostly watches television and ask questions repeatedly that you will be able to answer. Aside from his questions he walks, eats, gets dressed on his own. He is easy going.
