About who needs care: My Sister-in-law has ALS. She is in a wheelchair and has limited mobility, and uses text to audio devices to communicate. We are looking for a compassionate live-in care giver. About the care needs: We are looking for someone who is very patient, compassionate and understanding, and will become a dear part of our family, as caring for someone with ALS is very challenging. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
