Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Hamburg

About who needs care: My grandmother is a sweet older woman. She is currently at my mom's after leaving rehab due to a fall and brain injury. She will not being going back home. Our goal is to get her into a assisted living home. Until then she needs help with showering and spending some time with her. Perhaps some feeding or playing games. About the care needs: Someone who is upbeat, a good conversationalist, perhaps artistic. and has the strength to get her in and out of a shower. I would prefer a certified nursing aid. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
