About who needs care: Very educated and intelligent man who has been declining over the last 12 months physically and mentally. He has been in and out of hospitals and rehabs and has not been home sinch April. He wants desperately to come home but I have a full time job and need extensive help with him. He loved reading and history. About the care needs: someone who is smart and capable. He was always a very hard worker so he relates to people with a strong work ethic. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
