About who needs care: My mom has arthritis in her hands & spinal stenosis. It takes her awhile to get herself going in the mornings so most activities are in the afternoon. She still does limited driving herself but may eventually need to give that up. She has become frustrated with navigating technology related to her medical doctors and insurance and how to communicate her needs to others and gets emotional as a result. My husband & I are moving out of state so even though at this point I have 2 brothers in NJ - I want to see if I can secure some additional support for her. About the care needs: My mom is a Christian who is strong in her faith. We are looking for a caring woman who can help with light housework & chores, errands and navigating technology, going on walks & possibly some gardening. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
