About the job
Subject is my very friendly 82-year-old mother. She's frail and unsteady. Still manages to live by herself but will soon either have surgery or chemo for Stage 1 kidney cancer. Would love to find someone who can help out now and then help out more once cancer treatments start. Our care needs are: Medication Prompting Light Housekeeping Mobility Assistance Help Staying Physically Active Heavy Lifting Meal Preparation Companionship Errands / Shopping Transportation Experience managing and administering medication is required. Some light tidying up is involved. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments.
