Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Fair Lawn, NJ

We're a small family looking for specialized care for my mother in Fair Lawn, NJ. She is currently living with a moderate stage of Dementia/Alzheimer's and daily supervision + regular engagement is necessary. She is highly social and we're hoping for a companion who can support her socialization, keep her safe and engaged at home, assist with preparation of meals and administer medication 2x a day. My mother needs a highly compassionate, intuitive, patient and social caretaker - someone knowledgeable and experienced with dementia/alzheimer's disease and ideally, a non-smoker.
