Home Aide To Join Our Family For My Sweet Father

Hi. My name is Amanda. I am looking for some help for my 72 yr old father Monday through Friday from 730 a.m. to roughly 4 p.m. and saturdays all day and some sundays. My dad has congestive heart failure, kidney disease, copd, emphysema, hypertension, afib and dementia. He is a very pleasant, nice kind, sincere and easy going small man. He weighs 132 lbs. He needs help with daily stuff: bathing, meals, activity , laundry, dr appointments etc. He needs to be watched as he is unsteady on his feet and doesn't always use his walker. As it is still new to him. He was in Hackensack hospital for the month of June and then in rehab all of July and August. He is on a very low sodium diet due to the heart and kidney failure. We do have two dogs. A 5 yr old shih tzu and a 1 yr old german short haired pointer who are very friendly. I would need help with letting them out in the yard as well.
