Waking up doing morning ADLs, having a light breakfast then sitting and Watching TV, Occasionally going for a light walk around the Block for Exercise.. Going to occasional doctor appointments, Going once a week to the Senior Center, And going out Occasionally for Family dinners, and events.. (May have some Memory issues).. Light Housekeeping..
