Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Egg Harbor City

Additional help needed for my mother in her late 70s. You will be joining a team of 3 others who have been providing care from 8 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. M-F. The ideal match will meet the requirements below and be able to consistently work Sat and Sun with occasional fill-in during the week if another care provider needs time off. She is a very mobile person who is always moving throughout the house, and the ideal candidate will be good with facilitating simple household tasks, distracting, and redirecting her so she feels involved and knows what is going on from moment to moment. Meal preparation is part of the job, but it's mostly about focusing on her and keeping her as stimulated as possible with companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets.
