About who needs care: My Father recently had back surgery and as a result needs some assistance. Just having someone to make sure he's taking his medication consistently, especially his insulin. He can move to much so he need help cooking and cleaning. He interests include politics and news. Currently he's only been able to watch tv inside. About the care needs: Someone patient and understanding, he could get a little grumpy as a result of pain. If they have experience with neurodivergent individuals that would be helpful. If they like talking about the news or politics that would be nice. Preferably someone whos a good cook, a person of color, and not a right wing individual. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
