Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Cologne

About who needs care: my father has dementia. He will be discharged from the rehab facility this week. Someone will be needed for mornings for 4-5 hours for showering, & dressing. Someone will be needed in late afternoon for 4 hours. He used to like to read, not anymore - losing interest in his hobbies. About the care needs: someone with patience and flexible. Services needed include feeding,, bathing and dressing. He needs to be watched so falls do not occur.
