Living with my father, she is adjusting to a new routine, and this role is crucial in helping her regain independence. Responsibilities: Provide warm and engaging companionship, ensuring my mother feels supported and cared for. Assist with gentle activities and light exercise to encourage her prescribed recovery routines. Support with light housekeeping, laundry, and occasional grocery shopping. Motivate and help her stay active with appropriate activities and mobility support.
